Opening hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Fees and billing

We are a private billing practice. Children under 10 are bulk billed, there is no surcharge on any card, and we lodge your Medicare claim on the spot. The full schedule, including who we bulk bill, is on one page.

Staying in touch

Our front desk team can help with appointments, accounts and paperwork, but cannot give clinical advice. For a non-urgent clinical question, email doctor@stivesdoctors.com.au and allow two to three business days for a reply. Email is not monitored for urgent matters, and is not a secure place for symptoms, results or other health details.

Your results

Every result is reviewed by a doctor. If a result is normal, we let you know by SMS. If it needs follow-up, we contact you by phone, SMS or email to arrange an appointment. If you are worried, or you have not heard from us when you expected to, please get in touch.

Urgent care

Mona Vale Hospital Urgent Care Centre, 731 Pittwater Road, Mona Vale.

Home visits

National Home Doctor 13 74 25, or Sydney Medical Service 1300 466 347. Availability and fees are set by each service.

Nurse advice

Healthdirect, any time, on 1800 022 222.

Home and residential care visits

Available to established patients where clinically appropriate and within our doctors' capacity. Dr Masoud Moghaddam visits residents of aged care homes in our area. Please speak with your GP.

Access and inclusion

The practice is step-free, with wide corridors and accessible bathrooms. People of all backgrounds are welcome. Interpreters can be arranged on request at no cost to you.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to care for you, share it with the people treating you, and otherwise disclose it only with your consent or where the law requires. You can see your record and ask for corrections at any time. No health information is collected through this website.

Feedback and concerns

We want to hear what went well and what did not. Our feedback and complaints form takes a few minutes, and we will respond within 48 hours. Please leave out health details. If we cannot resolve a concern, you may contact the Health Care Complaints Commission on 1800 043 159.
