More of your care, in one place.
Your GP coordinates your care, working alongside experienced practitioners in the one hub. With your consent, they share what matters, so you get the best result.
Led by your GP.
Your GP is your care coordinator. They know your history, bring in the right practitioner when you need one, and stay across everything that follows.
Because we work side by side, a quick conversation in the corridor can settle a question that would otherwise take weeks of letters. With your consent, results and reports are shared easily between your providers, and your GP explains what they mean for you.
We strive to get every patient the best possible result. That is why we collaborate with experienced practitioners in their fields, under your GP's oversight.
Pathology collection
Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology operates a co-located collection centre at Shop 10, with two collection rooms. Most tests can be collected straight after your appointment.
Home Medicines Review
Credentialed pharmacist Minh Tran visits patients at home on GP referral and reports back to your doctor.
Care at home
Nurse Next Door Ku-ring-gai provides in-home nursing and support, and can guide families through Support at Home and NDIS arrangements.
Physiotherapy and pharmacy
Both are a short walk away within St Ives Plaza Shopping Village.
Coming next
We are speaking with psychologists, dietitians, podiatrists and remedial massage therapists about consulting from the Hub.
Every provider named here is independently owned and operated. You are always free to choose a different provider, and your GP will refer you wherever you prefer. St Ives Doctors receives no payment for referrals.
Independent, by design
Each provider runs their own business and makes their own clinical decisions. We respect that, and so should any model that calls itself integrated.
Joined by your GP
Referrals, reports and results travel by secure messaging to your doctor, with your consent, so one person holds the full picture.
Built around need
We add services because our patients need them, not to fill rooms. The mix will change as the community does.
Practise alongside us.
Consulting rooms are available for allied health and specialist practitioners who share our view of GP-coordinated care.
Tell us a little about your practice and what you are looking for. We also welcome suggestions from patients about services they would like to see here.
Thank you.
We have your enquiry and will be in touch within a few business days.
