In an emergency call 000. Urgency is assessed by the practice team, so please phone us rather than book online. Online bookings and website messages are not monitored for emergencies.
Before you book
How to book
Online through HotDoc at any hour, or by phone Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Choosing the right appointment
Standard suits a single, straightforward concern.
Long suits more than one concern, a new or complex problem, mental health, a first visit with a complicated history, or a procedure.
Skin checks, health assessments, immunisations and care plan reviews have their own appointment types in HotDoc. If you need an interpreter or other communication support, tell us when you book.
New to the practice
A secure registration link is sent to your phone once you book. See new patients.
Telehealth
Phone and video appointments are available for established patients where an examination is not needed.
Repeat prescriptions
Established patients can request eligible repeat prescriptions through HotDoc without a consultation. A fee applies.
Changing or cancelling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. A missed appointment fee applies to late cancellations and missed appointments. See fees.
