We move to St Ives Plaza on 19 October. Where to go until then
New patients

Getting started is simple.

It takes a few minutes to book and register. We look after the rest.

  1. Book

Online or by phone. If your history is complex, choose a long appointment for your first visit.

  2. Register

A secure registration link is sent to your phone. Completing it before you arrive saves time on the day.

  3. Bring

Arrive a little early. Bring your Medicare card, any concession cards, a list of your medicines and recent results or letters.

  4. Bring your records with you

We can request your records from your previous practice for you. Request my records.

What to expect

How a visit goes.

From booking to results, the same four things happen every time.

Choosing your doctor

There is no need to settle on a regular GP at your first visit. When you find the GP you are comfortable with, they become your main doctor and coordinate your care. For something particular, you can still see a colleague with a special interest in that area.

Meet our doctors

  1. You book the time you need

Fifteen minutes for something simple, thirty when there is more to talk about. Online or by phone, with the doctor you choose.

  2. There is always someone here to help

If your usual doctor is away, another can see you. We keep one record for you, so whichever doctor you see knows your history and your medicines. You are not starting again at every visit.

  3. You leave knowing the next step

Before you go, your doctor explains what happens next: the test, the referral, the review date. If a specialist is involved, we make the referral and follow up the reply.

  4. You hear back from us

A doctor reviews every result. Normal results come by SMS, and if something needs follow-up we contact you to arrange it.

Your questions answered

A few of the things people often wonder about before booking. If there's something else on your mind, just ask, we're always happy to talk it through.

How do I transfer my records, and what does it cost?

We can request your records from your previous practice for you. Request my records, or see records transfer for how it works. We do not charge to receive your records. Your previous practice may charge its own fee.

If you have a new or pressing concern, please don't wait for your records. Book and come in.

How do I pay?

You pay on the day and we lodge your Medicare claim on the spot, so your rebate usually reaches your account within a day or two. There is no surcharge on any card. See fees.

Can I choose my doctor?

Yes. See our doctors and book with whoever suits. We encourage you to stay with one GP where you can.

Can I request a female doctor?

Yes. You can choose when booking online, or ask the front desk.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, by phone or video for established patients when an examination is not needed. A first appointment is best in person.

Do you bulk bill?

We are a privately billing practice, with some important exceptions. Children under 10 are bulk billed for GP consultations. So are 75+ and 45 to 49 health assessments, GP chronic condition management plans and medication management plans for eligible patients. See fees.

Should I register for MyMedicare?

There is no rush. Once you're comfortable with us, registering gives you access to additional benefits. Read about MyMedicare.

I need an interpreter or other support.

Tell us when you book and we will arrange it. The practice is step-free, with wide corridors and accessible bathrooms.

Book your first visit.

We look forward to meeting you.
