If you feel unwell and don't think it needs 000, please don't wait. Call us on (02) 9144 7340 or come in and let us know. Our team is trained in triage and will make an initial assessment. If your concern is not life-threatening or serious, you may be asked to wait, and we will keep checking on you while you do. We will do our best to see you or fit you in, and help with whatever you need.
When we are closed, call 13SICK on 13 74 25 for a home doctor visit, or walk in to the Chatswood Medicare Urgent Care Clinic, Level 5, 270 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood. It is open 8am to 10pm, 7 days, and bulk billed with a Medicare card. More after-hours options.
Online bookings, email and website messages are not monitored for urgent concerns.
Parking
Two car parks on site, upper and lower, free for the first two hours. Two dedicated disabled parking bays sit right out the front.
Bus
A stop sits directly outside the centre on Mona Vale Road.
Access
Step-free entry, wide corridors, accessible bathrooms and plenty of natural light. Tell us when you book if you need an interpreter or other support.
Pathology next door
Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology has an independent collection centre at Shop 10. It is a separate provider with its own hours and fees, and you are free to use any pathology provider you choose.
