Care

How we can help

General and everyday care

Coughs, rashes, aches, worries. The front door to everything else we do.

When to book
Book whenever something is on your mind. If you have more than one concern, a long appointment gives your doctor time to do each properly.
Appointment
A standard appointment (15 minutes).
Cost
See fees. We tell you the cost before any procedure.
Part of
Every chapter of life

When it's relevant

A cough that will not shift, a rash, a sore joint, a child with a fever, tiredness you cannot explain, or simply a feeling that something is not right.

Why it's worth a visit

Most things turn out to be minor, and knowing that is worth something. Occasionally an ordinary symptom is the first sign of something that is much easier to deal with early.

How your GP can help

Your GP listens, examines you where needed, tells you what they think is going on and agrees the next step with you, whether that is reassurance, a test, treatment or a referral.

Who can help

All of our GPs can help with this.

Book with your regular doctor, or with whoever is available. Meet our doctors.

Your questions answered

A few of the things people often wonder about before booking. If there's something else on your mind, just ask, we're always happy to talk it through.

How long should I book?

A standard appointment suits one straightforward concern. If you have several things to discuss, or something complicated, book a long appointment.

Can I see the same doctor each time?

Yes, and we encourage it. You can choose your doctor when booking online or by phone.

What if I need to be seen today?

Call us rather than booking online. Our team will assess how soon you need to be seen. In an emergency call 000.

Ready when you are.

Book online at any time, or call the front desk during opening hours.
