When it's relevant

You or your child have an established diagnosis and treatment plan, and would like ongoing reviews closer to home.

Why it's worth a visit

Regular monitoring keeps treatment safe and effective, and sharing it with your GP can reduce the number of specialist visits.

How your GP can help

Your GP reviews how things are going, checks measures such as blood pressure, weight and growth, and stays in contact with your specialist.

Who can help

All of our GPs can help with this.

Book with your regular doctor, or with whoever is available. Meet our doctors.

Your questions answered

A few of the things people often wonder about before booking. If there's something else on your mind, just ask, we're always happy to talk it through.

What do I need to bring?

Your most recent specialist letter setting out the diagnosis and plan.

Do I still see my specialist?

Yes, at the intervals they recommend.

How often are reviews?

Usually every few months. Your GP will set this with you.
